For this month we will work with Anise. Anise raises vibrations to the highest possible psychic level. It is also good for bringing about changes in attitude (re-focusing), for astral travel, dreams, crystal gazing, and meditation. Some believe that if you place a small amount in a pillow, it will keep away nightmares. Anise is used for clairvoyance, divination, or even mental exercises.

In some Voodoo initiations, they will use Anisette liquor to anoint the head. Try buying a bottle of this liquor and take a shot before you meditate. I am curious to find out about the experience.
