Consultation Bookings will be canceled after 3 minutes of no contact by the staff member. You can state if you prefer Zoom, Duo, or introductory telephone consultation. Once your appointment is canceled, you must reschedule. There is no refund on all bookings, including package prices. You must cancel your membership. All tarot and oracle cards are purchased for your entertainment only, including all consultations booked. All spiritual washes, powders, sprays, and incenses, including mojo bags, are purchased at your own risk.

All Consultations and spiritual work are private. You agree that nothing about your spiritual work will be revealed by the service provider. You are in charge of all information and it is your choice to discuss your consultation with others. All candle rituals are done at your own risk.

Items purchased may be returned within 10 days due to damages caused by shipping. Items that have been blessed for personal reasons can not be returned. You must present your email receipt on all returns.

 Each staff member is ready to serve you. You are responsible for choosing the correct person for your consultation. Please verify your choices. Each staff member is accountable for their session with you.
